Newton Hall, near Alnwick, has scooped the winning title of North East’s Wedding Venue of the Year.

The venue received the award at the North of England Wedding Awards, held at York Racecourse, in association with Wedding Guide UK.

The awards are the North East and Yorkshire’s most prestigious awards for client service excellence. They recognise the businesses which go the extra mile for their customers and provide outstanding service.

Entrants are judged on professional standards and customer reviews such as service excellence, product quality, value for money and outstanding commitment. 

An historic London venue is throwing open its doors to wedding planners and Brides and Grooms to be this Autumn in an event which showcases the full potential of its expansive site.

The Royal Horticultural Halls Lindley Hall, which regularly hosts events for London Fashion Week, international car launches and even played host to President Obama’s Town Hall speech, is a popular venue for luxury events. The wedding showcase event, planned for Saturday 1st October will feature demonstrations of lighting, draping, furniture and floral displays, enabling visitors to experience the full potential of the Georgian-featured, glass vaulted ceilinged space.
