In the morning, shampoo twice and condition as usual. Clean hair reflects light much better than dirty hair. Comb your conditioner through your mid-lengths and ends to further help smooth the hair cuticle. The smoother your cuticle, the shinier your strands will be. Then, apply a lightweight shine-enhancing anti-frizz blow-dry spray to towel dried hair before styling. These will sleek strands and add gloss without weighing them down as well as preventing frizz and fly-aways from forming."
